You can rent scooters directly from the hotel and not worry that they're trying to scam you. They have a tunnel to access the beach with is nice.

The shower. Low water pressure, doesn't get hot and doesn't drain well. The other thing is that the guests at the hostel next door will take the beach chairs and umbrellas from the resort. Staff need to manage this better.

Breakfast not the best. In my opinion better to book without breakfast and ride scooter to one of amazing brunch places.

The room was really cool, and the location was great and easy to walk to dinner and town.

Wonderful location. We had a lovely room with a sea view (over top of another block), very comfy and clean.

A few rough edges - the building felt a little unfinished, hot water was very sporadic making a shower a bit testing. Toilet had only a partial door which was rather embarrassing! On site bars and restaurants overpriced, so were empty - shame!

Location by the beach was great

The rooms smell musty and the hotel feels outdated. We didn’t have towels in our room at first and upon asking for some, the staff seemed reluctant to give us some asking if we checked everywhere for them.

Enormous buffet from 6 am to 10:30 am. The beach location and pool facilities were very nice.

The resort did not offer any kayak rental (free or paid) as advertised on their website. Only one room key provided, so if one person was sleeping or in the shower, the other was locked out. No WiFi from the room. Smaller guesthouses had more personality.

Location was great. Had 3 nice pools. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Quiet rooms even though they were close together.

Shower drain did not drain properly and flooded bathroom. It took 3 phone calls and visiting the desk in person to get it fixed. Room reeked of urine. We were told that someone would come "spray something," which never happened. Left early after 1 night.

Location is amazing, staff are lovely and helpful. Great space for children to play in the pool/garden area.

This is the second time we stayed here. Both times we have had issues with respiratory problems, it seems to have been related to the room, but cannot say for sure. Staff gave us an air filter.

The property is very tired and dated and rather rundown. The property seriously needs renovation and a level of maintenance and care to bring it up to standard. The rooms are not comfortable and the mattress and bed uncomfortable. There was no wardrobe and the room was dusty and outside smelt of sewerage smells. This is not the property to choose if you want a comfortable modern room. The breakfast was incredibly basic and no proper coffee. The food is dull and not tasty or well presented. The staff try their best and are courteous and warm. Details which make a big difference are missing including being able to get two keys for our room. There is also no cooking facilities or kitchens in the Moonlight suites. The bathroom lighting was terrible

Great property with beautiful rooms, right across the beach. Lisa was the staff member helping us with day to day requirements such as booking cabs, planning for excursions and did a great job. The overall team is also very helpful.

Reaching your rooms will need a bit of uphill walk from reception which can be tedious. But they do drop you with a cart it you need it. Some buildings (e.g Earth suite) don't allow bikes to be parked outside and need to you drop your bike at reception and hike up to your room while other buildings (e.g. Star path) allow for parking outside the building. This feels a bit discriminatory to people staying in former. We had a large group split between the two buildings and people in Earth suite felt disadvantaged due to this.

We really liked the location and the hotel grounds. The territory is spacious and beautiful, with many relaxing spots, and lots of activities to enjoy—snooker, football, and other games. It’s a great place to spend time and truly unwind.

In our room, the hot water pressure in the jacuzzi was very low, so it was difficult to use properly.

The resort is very large. The rooms are not on the beach they are located on the mountain side and connected to the beach through a tunnel. The swimming pool is amazing, especially with the sunset views. In the evening, we enjoyed cocktails at the bar during happy hour.

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderfully relaxing time, even with a bit of rain. The staff were very helpful — I asked to change rooms because I preferred a higher floor, and they accommodated us right away. The resort has great swimming pools and a beachfront restaurant with a lovely ambiance. We will definitely be back!

Close to the beach

Electrical shit off whole day, dirty room with many insect and cockroaches, water leak from AC, Roof leakage during rainfall, door and window have some gap to allow insect come in.

Hotel location is very good, the pool and the lawn located on the beach front.Very beautiful sunsets.

The hotel is very old and moldy. Lack of maintenance and dirty. We noticed the light bump with the wire in the pool but no one seemed to fix it even we have informed them twice.We got bad smell from the drain every time we shower and use the toilet.Staff is friendly but not so helpful and lack of service mind, except the buggy driver.

It was quite luxurious with large beds and nice bed linen. It was very clean and comfortable. It had three pools and was close to the beach. It had a restaurant which we used one night and was lovely. The staff were helpful and were able to book transport to and from the port.

Our rooms were up a steep incline and if you had mobility issues, would be a problem. The beach was quite rocky and not really a sunbathing spot. It was a 20 minute walk to the main shops/ restaurants and seemed quite remote.

The hotel has a beautiful beach with farily good beach bar, though little more expensive. We also really enjoyed the pools. The breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from, but it would be nice if they changed the offer a bit from time to time. The staff was extremely nice, they changed the room straight away when we asked and were very helpful when I was so sorting out room and transfer for my mother in law.

The rooms are spacious, but quite outdated and cleaniness was not quite up to my standard, though room service was done every day. Similarly, some shared areas around the pools, garden, beach bar could also be little cleaner. But overall, we had a really nice and comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in the resort.

The hotel is right by the beach, the rooms are on the hillside in the forest, which makes them quiet. The room was very spacious, and the shower worked well. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It is located centrally on the island, which made most places be quite accessible. You definitely need a scooter, though.

The hotel felt quite neglected. Broken sunbeds were lying on the beach for weeks without anyone picking them up or putting them away. Our balcony had some wood panels missing, and generally the place felt like it was under constructions in a few areas. No one brushed the fallen leaves away of cleaned the beach, it just seemed neglected. They also did not respond to any of my requests through the internal messaging system, e.g. to clean the room or to provide an iron. The hotel is also quite far from the ferry pier (30-60 minutes when taking the local pickup truck taxi because they pick up a lot of other people on the way).
